Delighted by colours, sparkling thoughts & stories taken out of my mind & on paper. I am thrilled by discovering unnoticed little things while passing by. Taking pictures of "this special moment" inspires me and fullfills me with happyness.
The name "perlenvielfalter" is playing with words, "falter" means in German like a butterfly,"vielfalt" stand for a variety and "perlen" refers to my other passion, the old tradition of making lampwork beads ("perlen"). The shininess of glass, the process of modeling and learning to be patience until the glass is completely cool down, always makes my heart leap.
In my Blog I'd like to show you a bit about the process of my works – fineart & jewelery. And invites you to a glimpsy view into my live and working. Take a seat and leave with a smile into your day!

Wer steckt denn hinter "perlenvielfalter" ? (who is behind "perlenvielfalter" ?)
Hier ein paar spontane Beschreibungen (here are some spontaneous details)
✪ sie ist jetzt 44 und findet es genau richtig (she's 44 now and just all right like that)
✪ liebte schon als Kind Stoffe, Knöpfe und Perlen. Für ihr improvisiertes Nähen brauchte sie nicht viel, kruschtelte in Mamas Nähkorb, zerschnitt ausrangierte englische Pyjamas oder Omi´s Kleider, schon hatten ihre Barbies und Puppen etwas Besonderes anzuziehen. (since as a little child she loved fabrics, old buttons and beads. She didn't need much for her improvisated sewing, raking in grandma's sewing busket, scrapped old clothings or cutted useless english pyjamas. There it was! Her Barbies and Dolls had new extraordinary ;-) designed clothes to wear, without paying any money!)
✪ spielte und träumte am liebsten in unserem grossen wilden Garten, schlüpfte in verschiedenste Rollen und war dann nicht mehr ansprechbar. (was playing and dreaming in her parents big wild garden, slipping in different characters and wasn't responsive anymore)
✪ oder guckte stundenlang in unseren Teich und war so beeindruckt,
wieviele Leben, Formen und Lichtspielereien in diesem kleinen WasserUniversum tanzten. (or was watching our little garden pond for hours and was so impressed and amazed how much life, shapes and patterns of light was dancing in this little water universe )
✪ Träumen, Experimentieren, Skizzieren, Schneiden, Formen – Zeichnen.
hat ihre Leidenschaft zum Beruf gemacht... (Dreaming, trying, sketching, cutting, forming – Painting! Drawing – she did make her passion to her profession)
✪ ...wäre ansonsten gerne Gärtnerin, Fotografin, Bühnenbildnerin oder Wort-Erfinderin geworden. (... otherwise she would had become a gardener, photgraph, stage designer or world creator :-) )
✪ lebt ihr Chaos mit Ordnung und ganz eigenem Stil. (lives her chaos with organisation and in her own special style)
✪ hat ein paar Sommersprossen, ihre Haare sind ein Wetterbarometer. (has some freckles, her hair is a weather barometer)
✪ liebt Farben! Farbkombinationen können sie hibbelig glücklich machen. (loves colours! Colourcombos could make her raving happy)
✪ mag vieles an Frankreich und könnte bei französischem Akzent dahin schmelzen wie Schokocreme auf warmen Toast. (she's affected to many things about France and she gets meshugge/nuts by the frensh accent. Let her melt like chocalate cream ontoasted bread )
✪ fand ihre ganz persönliche "Erleuchtung" auf einer ihrer Reisen – allein am Strand von Melbourne/Australien. (finds her confidential brainwave/enlightning on one of her trips – sitting allone at the oceanside in Melbourne/Australia)
✪ fotografiert Dinge perspektivisch, bei denen sich Spaziergänger umdrehen
und wundern "was macht die denn da ;–) " (takes pictures in different perspectives and point of view, so that walkers wonder at me by thinking "what is she doing there?" :-) )
✪ ist viel mehr Nachtschwärmerin, als Frühaufsteherin .... (is much more a night owl than a early bird... )
✪ Sätze, die mit "ich sollte..., ich könnte..., ich würde ..." anfangen, kann
sie nicht leiden – "tu es einfach" ist ihr Motto. (sentences starting with "I should...", "i could ...", " I would ... " makes her allergic. "Just do it! " is her slogan.)
✪ machmal geht die Fantasie mit ihr durch, das erzeugt Kopfschütteln
bei manch anderen Menschen, oder ein Lächeln, bei denen, die es verstehen und die sind ihr dann ganz nah. (sometimes her fantasy bolts, some people shake their heads – others, who can feel it, are the closely one)
✪ provoziert auch mal, aber immer mit Respekt und um mehr aus dem Gegenüber rauszukitzeln. (also provoke but always with respect to get out more of the counterpart)
✪ hätte gern einen Zeit-Bonus, mehr Zeit z.B. um all ihre Ideen umzusetzen. (wish s to have a time-voucher, more time for realizing all her ideas)
✪ liebt den subtilen Humor, auch den Schwarzen, gern derb aber nie respektlos. (loves the subtle sense of humour, also the black one & enjoys earthy rough humour but never unrespectful. )
